We will offer thirty days refund guarantee based on resolution of original issue for rates Custom Technical support (Multiple Devices + product key activation), and for plans that are of 1 year, Six months or 3 Months we'll provide the customer with seven days refund guarantee if the customer's initial issue isn't fixed.
You will receive partial refund for any charges build to your account depending on the amount of your time left in your subscription period. A minimum of $99.99 would be deducted for every computer per year subscription at the time of cancellation for one year, Six Month or 3 Months plan. A minimum of $49.99 just in case of incident primarily based support (One-Time Fix) if at least one of your problems has been successfully resolved.
